I have always tried to stress to the parents the importance of attending the socials. I emphasis how the children will benefit from the interaction with other children as well as being able to participate in activities that might not be possible otherwise. Not to mention the wonderful meals that are provided. Then one day while visiting A, her dad told me that all these things are greatly appreciated, but the real reason that they come to the social was to support me. It just made me feel good to know that there are some parents out there that really do appreciate the hard work that the teachers do, because I know that he is not the only parent that feels this way. Keep up the good work girls.
