A family that I visit has recently had their share of issues. This home consists of a single mom with three children under the age of five (5). Mom works full time, but has no transportation. Recently her purse was stolen which contained all her money. The Family and Children Support Specialist immediately assisted this family. Food and clothing was provided to the family. The Family Support Specialist also provided other assistance. This mother expressed her gratitude to me with tears in her eyes. She said that Lily ( Family Support Specialist) was "Her Angel".
