At the last social I had a family that came for the first time. As I was introducing them to the other families, Maria, who lives close to them, said, "Did you know that we live just around the block from each other?" Maggy answered, "That’s why your face looks familiar!" They started talking and spent the rest of the social getting to know each other and letting their daughters play together. I was so happy to see my moms and their girls socializing! That’s what our group meetings are all about, providing kids and parents the opportunity to play and learn and, as a bonus, parents can create a support network.
