I have been seeing Joanna for a month and Istill remember my first home visit when Maria (Joanna's mom) said that Joanna was waiting to see who was going to be her new teacher. She explained to me that it was not going to be easy for her to accept a new teacher after having the other teacher for more than a year. Then my responsibilitly was not only helping Joanna with her lessons, I also needed to find the way that Joanna would accept me and enjoy playing and learning with me.
Then it was Valentine's Day week and when I was leaving Joanna's house after my home visit, Joanna said: " Maestra es para Ud." ( Teacher is for you ") and she gave me a Valentine present that said "Love you". That was a wonderful moment for me!
