My new 33 month old student was waiting for me at the door for our first home visit. She was very eager to get started. I introduced the lesson and she was ready to experience and explore. One of her favorite activities which she did over and over was to put a puzzle together. She also colored a picture and surprisingly was very careful to stay inside the lines. Mom also guided her through the reading of our story book. My new student was able to pick out the animals in the story and name the colors. It is so nice to be able to guide and support a parent who is already helping her child to learn and who is so excited about the Home-Based program.
