Sing it again

Michael is a new student in the program. He came to the social yesterday and during our home visit today, I did the same rhyme and song that we did yesterday in the social. He liked them so much that he kept asking me to do them over and over. We know that repetition is the way children learn so I repeated them many times. When our visit was over, I told him that he could ask mom now and she would do them for him. Of course, I assured mom that I would bring her the words next time and, in the meantime, she could definitely call me if he kept asking for them but she could not remember the words! DH
