Yummy!!!

This month I've been working with Andres' fine motor skills. We've been playing with play-dough. He loves it! He would squeeze it, roll it, mold it in different shapes and use a cookie cutter, but his favorite thing... was to smell it! So we had to tell him each time, "You can smell it but you can't eat it." This last week it was different, we made home made peanut butter play-dough. It was so fun to watch him help mix all the ingredients, make different ball sizes and shapes and as expected, he did his favorite thing... he smelled it. When it was time to taste it, he hesitated and told us, "You smell, not eat." After we explained it was OK to taste it, his eyes were so big and full of curiosity. The first word out of his mouth was... "Yummy!!!" Y.S
