When I walked into my home visit, little R. R. was waiting for me by the door. He said, "listo para la escuela!" "Ready for school!". He had his backpack on and was ready to start class. What a wonderful thing it is to see a parent encourage her child about the importance of learning. On this visit we reviewed the colors and the vegetables and fruits. R. R. was able to say all the colors and name most of the vegatables and fruits. He was so proud of himself and we cheered him on his accomplishment. R.R. loves to explore and learn new things, and I know that some day soon he will be ready for school!
