It's so nice to see how our kids are growing and making strong connections with us. Take for example our precious Britney and her mom,Beatrice. Britney used to be very shy and would not even sit near us to read a book. This last visit she sat on Mary Jane's lap to read a book and she loves to see what kind of new toy MJ's brought. When it was time to go, Britney started to give us kisses. As we waved and said good-bye, Britney reached up and held Mary Jane's hand. At the door we said good-bye again and Britney looked up and held Mary Jane's hand again. Mom,smiling,said,"She doesn't want you to go." Britney and Beatrice ended up walking us to the car. What a change!
It was awesome!
