The home based program has brought so much success to the families involved. One in particular began the program when their son was 24 months. The parents were concerned because they felt their son's language was delayed. After confirming their concern with the Ages and Stages Questionairre, we worked extra hard on language development activities and experiences. Mom worked very hard with her son every day and their hard work produced much progress. At 31 months old, he is now speaking in 4 and 5 word sentances, asking questions, using prepositions, and has a vocabulary of over 200 words. Mom insisits that it was the information provided by our program that helped her to understand what she could do to help and encourage her son. What a success story!
