"I don't want to go to school" said 4 year old J.T. as he watches TV. "School is yucky." As I helped his mom fill out application papers for his younger sister, J.T. was curious about the educational toys I had brought with me. His Mother never completed high school and J. T. had no interest in school. This negativity was passed on to the 4 year old child and he openly expressed his opposition to attending school. I was able to spawn an interest in him for learning and let him know how much fun school could be. J. T. thought he might want to give it a try one day.
