At a recent home visit I was not the only one who had planned activities. The family shared with me (so I can share with others), how they organize their weekends and annual activities. They showed me 3 boxes, each one tagged with different activities (circus, fair, etc.) and they explained to me, they save money in each box all year. They went on to explain, that the idea started when MG started in the EHS HB program. Following their Parent Educator's advice of having "Family Time" as much as their schedules allowed, especially ones in which little MG can participate in. Once again I noticed how helpful the EHS HB program is for the whole family.
