One of the joys about the EHS HB program is that you get to experience and rejoice with your families and students milestones that they have reached in these early development years. One of those milestones is birthdays. On this particular visit my student was so excited and happy about her upcoming second birthday. My little student decorated the play birthday cake that I brought, she loved decorating the cake and Mom and I sang "Happy Birthday" to her as she blew out the play candles. What a joy to see this little girl's excitement and happiness as she has reached this milestone in her life. As Mom reflected on how much she has grown and how much she has learned, I thought to myself, "what a happy birthday".
